Mylar Plan copies for Recording
I will prepare one (1) Mylar Plan copy of the Boundary Survey Plan or Subdivision (Administrative, Minor or Major) Plan that I have prepared for you so that you can record the plan at your Town or City Hall.
Please note that the price is per sheet. If your plan includes multiple sheets please increase the quantity at checkout to match the total number of sheets required.
* You are responsible for all recording fees, which are not included herein.

I have a subdivision site plan that I need prepared for submission to the York, Co, ME registry of deeds. I submit one lot every 5 years, acording to law. I have mylars and all information. I need a mylar for submission.

Hi Martin,
Thank you for your comment, but unfortunately I am not licensed in Maine. The mylar plan copies we prepare are only for our land surveys. You should contact your land surveyor who can have a mylar copy of your subdivision plan made for you.
