An As-Built Survey Plan is prepared to document the constructed location, or placement, of something at a certain point in time. We would conduct a Field Survey and, depending on the As-Built Survey requirements, prepare either a plan or report describing the As-Built Surveyed location of the constructed item or items being documented.
As-Built Surveys are often required to document the following:
* Septic System / Onsite Wastewater Treatment System (OWTS) constructed location.
* Foundation / Building constructed location.
* Foundation / Building constructed elevation.
* Subdivision road, drainage, or sewer construction improvements.
* Site Grading conditions during stages of construction.
Foundation As-Built Plan
The Foundation As-Built Plan is prepared to document the constructed location, or placement, of your dwellings foundation in relationship to your property lines. We would conduct an As-Built Field Survey and, depending on the As-Built Survey requirements, prepare either a plan or report describing the As-Built Surveyed location of the constructed foundation.
Please note that this Foundation As-Built Plan must be ordered in conjunction with ordering a Field Boundary Survey, or where we have performed a Field Boundary Survey within six months prior to ordering this service.
If we did perform a Field Boundary Survey of your property in the past, prior to six month before ordering your Foundation As-Built Plan, contact me to obtain a price to update the Field Boundary Survey before ordering a Foundation As-Built Plan.
The Foundation As-Built Plan will be certified to a Class I Survey Standard.
