I will prepare one (1) Mylar Plan copy of the Boundary Survey Plan or Subdivision (Administrative, Minor or Major) Plan that I have prepared for you so that you can record the plan at your Town or City Hall.

INCLUDED: 1 Granite Bound (increase quantity at checkout for additional Granite Bounds):

I will set a Granite Bound at your property corner determined from our Field Boundary Survey of your property. The typical Granite Bound is generally 4″x4″x30″.

Please note that this item must be ordered in conjunction with ordering a Field Boundary Survey, or where we have performed a Field Boundary Survey within one month prior to ordering this service.

If we did perform a Field Boundary Survey of your property in the past, prior to one month before ordering Granite Bounds, contact me to obtain an updated price as additional Field Boundary Survey work may be required.

I will prepare a written Legal Description describing the metes and bounds of your surveyed property. Your Attorney will incorporate this into new deeds, as necessary.

I will prepare a Boundary Survey Plan showing the results of our Field Boundary Survey of your property. Included is two certified copies of the Boundary Survey Plan.

Please note that this Boundary Survey Plan must be ordered in conjunction with ordering a Field Property Survey, or where we have performed a Field Property Survey within one month prior to ordering this service.

If we did perform a Field Property Survey of your property in the past, prior to one month before ordering your Boundary Survey Plan, contact me to obtain a price to update the Field Property Survey before ordering.

The Boundary Survey Plan will be certified to a Class I Survey Standard.
