I will prepare one (1) Mylar Plan copy of the Boundary Survey Plan or Subdivision (Administrative, Minor or Major) Plan that I have prepared for you so that you can record the plan at your Town or City Hall.

Please note that the price is per sheet. If your plan includes multiple sheets please increase the quantity at checkout to match the total number of sheets required.

I will prepare a written Legal Description describing the metes and bounds of your surveyed property. Your Attorney will incorporate this into new deeds, as necessary.

INCLUDED: Boundary Survey Plan:

I will prepare a Boundary Survey Plan showing the results of our Field Boundary Survey of your property. Included is two certified copies of the Boundary Survey Plan.

Please note that this Boundary Survey Plan must be ordered in conjunction with ordering a Field Property Survey, or where we have performed a Field Property Survey within one month prior to ordering this service.

If we did perform a Field Property Survey of your property in the past, prior to one month before ordering your Boundary Survey Plan, contact me to obtain a price to update the Field Property Survey before ordering.

The Boundary Survey Plan will be certified to a Class I Survey Standard.
