I will prepare a Residential Site Plan showing the location of your existing dwelling and proposed additions or renovations as they relate to your property lines. You will be provided with three (3) certified copies of the Residential Site Plan.

Does not include a Field Property Survey and the Residential Site Plan must be ordered in conjunction with ordering a Field Property Survey, or where we have performed a Field Property Survey within one month prior to ordering this service.

If we did perform a Field Property Survey of your property in the past, prior to one month before ordering your Residential Site Plan, contact me to obtain a price to update the Field Property Survey before ordering.

When purchased with a Field Property Survey, the Residential Site Plan will be certified to a Class I Survey Standard.

Does not include topographic surveying and mapping, utilities, septic system design, sewer or water connections or design, architectural plans, or engineering.
